Check the format of a Spanish Deposito Legal (legal deposit) code.
What this tool does
Validates the classic OFL shape 'AS 229-1997' / 'M-1234-2020' (1-2 province letters, 1-7 serial, 4-digit year) and the modern 'M 12345678' assignment. Format-only check: it does not query the BNE/OFL registers.
