String length is lower
What this tool does
This tool checks whether the length of the text you provide is shorter than the number you set as the limit.
The result is calculated locally by counting the characters in your text. It does not depend on any external service or live lookup.
Common uses
- Verifying that a code or reference is short enough for a specific field
- Filtering out responses that are too long
