Generates a PNG barcode natively with libzint (system library via ctypes; fallback pyzint/python-barcode). Supports every bcid accepted by the legacy registry (98 values: code128, code39, code93, ean2, ean5, ean8, ean13, ean14, upca, upce, isbn, issn, ismn, itf, itf14, codabar, gs1-128, databar* families, all GS1 composite variants, datamatrix, pdf417, maxicode, azteccode, codeone, ultracode, pharmacode, pzn, postnet, planet, kix, auspost, japanpost, royalmail, Leitcode, Identcode, telepen, and bwip-js aliases such as posicode or bc412). Validates text compatibility with bcid; the generated PNG is uploaded to the public MinIO bucket (object generated-resources/barcode-.png, same pattern as get-url-screenshot) and result returns its public URL. On failure result is empty, reason carries the summary and detail the specific cause (e.g. libzint error text).
