Look up a company's annual revenue by domain (cache + provider fallback).
What this tool does
First checks ``data_process_company`` for a cached row keyed by domain with a non-empty ``revenue`` field. If the cache is empty or the row does not exist it falls back to ``get-company-financial-by-domain`` (DDG scrape via eleconomista/einforma). Returns the raw revenue string as received. Pure lookup — no external provider key required.
