What this tool does
This tool finds the EAN product code when you provide an Amazon ASIN. The platform searches its internal product cache first. If the code is not there, it searches the internet to find the EAN. It then returns the found code.
The results may not always be available. The tool depends on the product being listed on Amazon and the EAN being discoverable online. Some listings may not have an associated EAN or the code may not be found in the public index.
Common uses
- Matching Amazon inventory items to local product databases using standard barcodes.
- Validating product information for items sourced from Amazon.
