NIF by DNI (ES)
What this tool does
This tool calculates the full Spanish tax identification number (NIF) by using a Spanish identity card number (DNI).
Note that the NIF letter is generated using a standard mathematical formula. This means the result is an approximation based on the number provided and does not verify if the person or entity actually exists in official government registers.
Common uses
- Completing forms that require a full NIF when only the DNI is known.
- Validating the format of a Spanish tax identifier before submission.
