Text replaced by string
What this tool does
This tool changes the first time a specific word or phrase appears in your text. You provide the original text, the part you want to find, and the new text to put in its place. The platform looks for the first match and swaps it out, leaving the rest of the text unchanged.
Common uses
- Correcting a typo in a single sentence without rewriting the whole thing
- Updating a specific term in a draft message or label
- Standardizing the first occurrence of a brand name or keyword in a paragraph
