What this tool does
This tool checks if an email address is valid and can receive messages. It returns a status code that explains exactly why an email might or might not work, helping you decide whether to use it in your campaigns.
Please note that results are based on server checks and cached data, so they are approximate. Some status codes, like 'catchall' or 'timeout', mean the server gave a vague answer, so the email might still bounce. Also, some checks use cached results to save costs, which might not reflect very recent changes.
Common uses
- Removing invalid or non-existent emails from your mailing lists.
- Identifying temporary or disposable email addresses to filter them out.
