Certificate by domain
What this tool does
This tool checks the security certificate (SSL/TLS) for a specific website domain. It connects to the site on the secure port (443) to read the certificate details and determine if it is currently valid. The results provide information about who issued the certificate, when it expires, and which domain names are covered.
Common uses
- Verifying that a website's security certificate has not expired or been revoked.
- Checking which specific domain names and subdomains are protected by the certificate.
- Reviewing the certificate issuer and the security protocols used.
