Fixed IP
What this tool does
This tool helps you correct an IP address that is not in the standard four-part format (like 192.168.1.1). If you enter a number or a mix of digits and dots, it tries to split the digits correctly into four sections, each between 0 and 255. For example, if you type 192168001001, it returns 192.168.0.1.
Note that this is a basic formatting check. It does not check if the address actually exists on the internet or if a device is using it. It only fixes the layout of the digits.
Common uses
- Correcting typos in IP addresses where digits or dots are missing or misplaced.
- Standardizing a list of addresses that were entered without the separating dots.
- Preparing an IP address for use in other systems that require the standard format.
Input data
| Parameter | Required | Example | Description |
|---|---|---|---|
number | Yes | 212169160147 | Type the IP address you want to correct as text (e.g. 192168010). It is required. If you type something that cannot be a valid IP, the tool will not fix it. |
Output data

|---|---|
