IP by number
What this tool does
This tool converts a whole number into an IPv4 address (the four-part address used to identify devices on a network). It takes a numeric input and returns the corresponding address, provided the number is within the valid range.
The result is calculated locally from the number. It does not check if an actual device at that address is active or connected.
Common uses
- Converting large numeric identifiers into readable IP formats.
- Debugging network logs where addresses are stored as numbers.
