Reputation by IP
What this tool does
This tool checks the reputation of an IPv4 or IPv6 address. It tells you if the address is listed in common security blacklists, if it is known to be a proxy server, or if it is part of the Tor network.
Note: The results depend on the data in our platform's cache. If the cache does not have a record for the address, the tool returns default values indicating no issues, which may not reflect the true current status.
Common uses
- Checking if an IP address is known for sending spam or malware.
- Verifying if traffic comes from an anonymous proxy or the Tor network.
