Default URL by domain
What this tool does
This tool finds the main web address for a given domain. When you type a domain name, the platform tries to see if a working website exists there by testing common variations like 'https://www.example.com' and 'http://example.com'. If it finds a valid address that works, it returns that full web address. If no working address is found, or if the input is not a valid domain, it returns the text you originally typed.
Common uses
- Verifying that a domain name has a working website setup.
- Finding the correct starting web address (URL) for a domain.
- Checking if a domain is active and accessible on the internet.
