VAT% by phone
What this tool does
Enter a phone number to find the country it belongs to and the standard VAT rate for that location. The platform looks up the country based on the number’s prefix and returns the country name, its two-letter code, and the VAT percentage.
This result is based on the phone number’s assigned region, not the actual business or user location. The phone number must be valid enough to determine a country. If the number is unrecognized, the fields will be empty.
Common uses
- Checking if a phone number matches a specific country for compliance.
- Estimating the VAT rate for billing based on the caller’s region.
- Validating contact details by cross-referencing country codes.
