Look up an RIR handle (ARIN/RIPE/APNIC/LACNIC/AFRINIC).
What this tool does
Queries the appropriate RIR WHOIS server by handle. Returns handle, name, organization, email, phone, address, city, country, update/create dates. Pure WHOIS, no credentials.
