Email type
What this tool does
This tool looks at an email address and tells you whether it belongs to a specific person or to a general role.
The result depends on the part of the email before the '@' sign. If it is a name, it is personal. If it is a role like 'support', it is generic. Please note that this is a simple classification based on the text and may not reflect how the receiving server actually handles the message.
Common uses
- Separating individual contacts from shared inbox addresses.
- Filtering out role-based emails for personal outreach.
